The NPEA Conference will be held at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts from April 30-May 1, 2009. To reserve your hotel room at the reduced rate of $299, please call The Charles Hotel directly between the hours of 8am and 7pm (EST) at: (617) 864-1200 or toll-free at (800) 882-1818 and reference The National Partnership for Educational Access Room Block.

- Click on “Are You Attending an Event” button in the middle of the screen
- Enter the attendee code: SSF09
- Click on the dates you wish to stay
- Click on the room type preferred
- Click on the “complete contact and billing” information
- You will be emailed a confirmation number
Please note: if you are reserving multiple rooms, you will need to go through the reservation process separately for each person. You cannot reserve separate rooms for more than one person in a single online session (the system will think you are reserving one room for multiple people).
Traveling by Air
If you are traveling by air, the closest airport is Logan International Airport in Boston, MA. Please visit www.massport.com for information about traveling to and from the airport.
Arriving by Train
Arriving by train, Amtrak arrives in South Station, and the red line subway transportation (or the “T”) will take you directly to Harvard Square. From there, The Charles Hotel is a brief two-minute walk.
